If you look closely you'll see that this guy has tied his house to the ground with canvas straps!!! (Multiple exclamation marks indicate incredulity.) The ends are just fastened to with stakes. Does he think this is going to keep his house from being blown away? What is he thinking?

For the record, his house didn't blow away. But then, neither did the houses of any of his neighbors, who merely boarded up and hunkered down.
