Our first day laying out on the deck, we were near a group of four girls that I called the cackling flock. They went through round after round of beers (though they didn't look old enough to drink), and they spilled their share of beers, too. They were very loud, but unfortunately had nothing intelligent or interesting to say. For example: "Oh my God! I've got a tan line!" Well, duh, you've been laying out in the sun all afternoon.

The ship didn't fly a flag for most of the cruise. Not until the last full day. Strange.... This is what the Pool Deck looks like on a port call day. To see what it looks like on a day at sea, click here. The Sky Deck pool is really deserted, too (picture below). The third picture is of the starboard controls. The Norway's bridge has two "wings" that extend out to either side. Each "wing" has a set of controls, so the pilot can control the ship while seeing the side of the ship. You know, for docking, etc. |
I have a couple other pictures here, too: The Library, which never seemed to be "open" (meaning books could be borrowed), but was where the Internet access PCs were located; and the funnels at dusk.
